Even Keel promotes awareness and provide information to those affected by people with mental illness.

Even Keel’s Self-help Programs are designed for individuals with mental illness to help maximise their capacity of daily living, social interactions and sustain their personal well-being.

The self-help programs give optimism to reconnect relationships, families, friends; to build a personal resilience to have a satisfying life within the community despite their diagnosis.

The groups are located in Perth, Cannington, Fremantle, Joondalup, Midland, Riverton, Yokine, Rockingham and Busselton.

They also facilitate in patient information sessions at the majority psychiatric treatment facilities around the metropolitan and Peel region. These facilities include Bentley hospital, Fremantle Hospital, Mimidi Park (Rockingham Hospital) and Sir Charles Gardner Hospital.

Even Keel holds self-help support groups throughout the metropolitan area to support those experiencing mental distress as well as their carers, family and friends.
