City of Nedlands is calling all potential Picassos, would-be Warhols and budding Banksys to enter the City of Nedlands 2017 Emerge: Youth Art Awards.
Awards are now open with a $2,000 prize pool up for grabs.
The awards are open to people aged 12 to 25 years for art works using print, photography, painting or drawing.
